The ASJJ was first inaugurated at a meeting on 28 August 1956. President: Len Noyes; Vice President Wally Brown; and Sec/Treasurer Bruce Johnston. Things progressed slowly and on 30 Oct 1959 with renewed determination the office bearers confirmed with Pres L Noyes; VPs: W Brown; B Johnston; and Robert Hick. Secretary Pat Harrington; and Treasurer Len James.
